The Ancient Egyptians had the earths first great civilization and even now science is still catching up with some of the things that they already knew thousands of years ago.

Whilst much of the earth was still populated with tribes of hunter gatherers, the Ancient Egyptians had cities and towns, farming and viticulture, they had a fully functioning system of law,a religion that made sense and promted people to search for God through personal realization, they knew mathmatics , architecture, chemistry, astrology, medicine, reading and writing and were the first people on earth to make books.

They left masses of information for us in full view, as long, as they said, that we learned to "see" it. This information is still there, on the walls of temples and tombs and in the generous amount of papyri that have survived the millenia.

For anyone who is genuinly trying to discover more about themselves and thier personal relationship with God,( or however you want to phrase that now), Egypt is a treasure trove of esoteric knowledge and timeless wisdom.

The Ancient Egyptians were great geomancers and purposly built  thier templels and pyramids over known power grids, ensuring that even today, thousands of years later,  many people can still feel the build up of energy inside them.
